About Renton Little League

Renton Little League, under a charter authorized by Little League International, fields structured youth baseball and softball programs for youths between the ages of 5 and 18 years of age.  Renton Little League's mission is to teach the rules and strategies of the game and to create an environment for the youth of our community in which they learn the ideals of good sportsmanship, loyalty, courage, and respect.  This mission is achieved by providing a supervised program of competative baseball / softball games under the rules and policies established by Washington State Little league District 7 and the Renton Little League Board of Directors.

The program provides regular season baseball, softball, and t-ball teams as well as tournament teams and All-Stars. These tournament teams are comprised of:

• 9-10 year old -- Baseball and Softball
• 11 year old -- Baseball and Softball
• Little League Majors -- Baseball and Softball
• Junior League -- Baseball and Softball
• Senior League -- Baseball
• Big League -- Baseball

Our yearly activities begin with the election of the Board of Directors at the league’s General Membership Meeting in October. In-person registration begins in January. Try-outs / assessments are in February & early March and games begin in mid April. Our season ends in the middle of June. In late June we feature District 7’s Tournament of Champions and then the District All-Star Tournaments. Renton Little League also features a Fall Ball program with emphasis on learning and development. Our games in Fall Ball are played with other District 7 Fall Ball teams.
